Size Chart
Untethered gowns offer full coverage, comfort, and a relaxed drape — made from premium organic cotton and designed for years of use without losing their softness or shape.
If you’re unsure about which size to order, please reach out to us. And if you’re between sizes, we recommend:
- Sizing up for a looser, more relaxed fit
- Sizing down for a closer, more snug fit

Our Small/Medium Gown fits women who wear a U.S. size 2-10.

Meet Katelyn
Our Large Gown fits women who wear a U.S. size 10-18. This is the preferred size for most women during late pregnancy (6-9 months) and in the postpartum period.
At 38 weeks pregnant, Katelyn is 5’6” and wearing our Large Navy gown.
Meet Abby and Baby Stella

Our Small/Medium Gown fits women who wear a U.S. size 2-10. This is a great option for women after delivery and is designed to support healing and breastfeeding.
Abby, is 5’3” and wears a size 6. She is wearing our Small/Medium Two Hearts gown while cradling her beautiful infant daughter.

Our Small/Medium Gown fits women who wear a U.S. size 2-10.

At Untethered, we recognize that some patients prefer a snug fit while others a more relaxed. Sarah Ann shows both options (Large and XL). She is 5'3'' and wears a size 16/18.
