Lauren

Lauren Pfeifer, PhD, RN, is the founder and CEO of Untethered. Drawing on over 20 years of nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings, Lauren leveraged her clinical expertise to reimagine the patient gown, enhancing its functionality and comfort. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating patient-centered solutions that uphold dignity while promoting environmental sustainability.

Margaret

Margaret May is the Vice President and Product Designer at Untethered, bringing decades of experience in pattern making and eco-friendly apparel production. Margaret’s dedication to thoughtful design helps Untethered create innovative solutions that prioritize both the needs of patients and the environment. In addition to her work at Untethered, Margaret is also the founder and lead consultant at Rose Hill Workshop.
