As part of our commitment to quality and mindful production, all returns must be pre-approved. Gowns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact our team before shipping your return so we can guide you through the process.

• To initiate a return, email us at returns@shopuntethered.com.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• The gown must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Tags must be intact.
• The original order number must be included inside the package.
• Once your gown is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Because each gown is produced in limited quantities, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply place a new order once your return has been approved.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping across the United States on all original orders.

All orders are shipped via UPS Three-Day Select, chosen for its reliability and consistent service.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Expedited Shipping

Because each gown is processed with individual attention and care, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

International Orders

International shipping will be available in the future. We appreciate your patience as our small business grows.

Our gowns are made from 94% organic cotton and 6% spandex, designed for softness, stretch, and durability. To keep them looking and feeling their best, please follow these care guidelines:

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Use a gentle or delicate laundry detergent
• Tumble dry low
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean

Every Untethered gown arrives beautifully packaged and ready to give. We’re honored to deliver comfort—whether to a home, hospital, or care facility.

Each order includes a complimentary handwritten greeting card. Simply select your card design and include your message at checkout, and we’ll write it by hand with care.

For hospital or facility deliveries, include the recipient’s full name, room number and facility address. Pricing details are never included in gift shipments.
